Please contact us before returning an item so we can review the order and help with the next step.
Return window
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days.
- Opened but unused products may be returned within 14 days.
- Used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please include your order number, the product name, and photos if an item arrived damaged. Keep packaging until the issue is reviewed.
